The Problem

An online store rarely operates in isolation. Products may come from an ERP or supplier files and need to be published to multiple marketplaces. Each channel uses its own categories and attributes, and prices and stock often change.

Manual management is time-consuming and can cause stock discrepancies, outdated prices, incomplete information, and missing images.

What We Did

Since 2016, we have developed and managed online stores and their surrounding integrations. Since 2018, we’ve used reusable mechanisms to publish and synchronize products across shops, marketplaces, and other commercial systems.

  • store implementation and customization, with dedicated modules and integrations
  • importing and exporting data flows and standardizing product information
  • mapping categories, attributes, and variants for each sales channel
  • automatic pricing and markup rules
  • scheduled stock and offer updates
  • integration of payment and shipping services
  • processing and optimizing images before publishing
  • error handling and automatic retry of failed executions
  • logs and reports for automated operations
  • maintenance, updates, and incident intervention

What We Built With

We’ve worked with PrestaShop, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Magento, Shopify, GoMag, and Saleor. For development and integrations, we use Drupal, PHP, Symfony, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST, and GraphQL.

We choose the platform and architecture based on existing systems, catalog volume, and the channels that need synchronization.
