You have direct access to a team that knows both the application and the infrastructure it runs on. We have managed our own infrastructure since 2016 and adapt the configuration to the real availability level you need.
Each application runs in its own container or virtual machine, on Proxmox clusters with distributed storage. An incident in one project doesn't affect the others. We can separate development, testing, and production environments.
We perform scheduled backups using Proxmox Backup Server and NAS systems. We periodically test restores, because a backup is only useful if the data can be correctly recovered.
We configure firewalls, network segmentation with VLANs, VPN access for internal systems, automatically managed TLS certificates, DNS filtering, and protection against abusive traffic.
We monitor services, set up alerts, and apply security updates and preventive maintenance. We identify incidents using monitoring systems before they're reported by users.
In our infrastructure. We use Proxmox clusters with distributed Ceph storage, hosted at our office. We provide redundancy at the virtual machine level and full control over the configuration.
On a VPS in the cloud. We use dedicated resources in external data centers when you need full redundancy for power and connectivity or rapid capacity scaling.
On shared hosting. This is a suitable solution for small and medium-sized sites with modest traffic, for which a dedicated machine wouldn't be cost-effective.
The limits of our own infrastructure. Our in-house hosting benefits from UPS and short-term outage protection, but doesn't have complete redundancy for power supply and internet connection. If your application can't tolerate interruptions, we recommend a cloud or hybrid setup—and we'll make this clear before implementation.
Email and deliverability. We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, separate transactional messages from regular communication, and monitor domain reputation. We've specialized in this area since 2018.
Domains and certificates. We manage registration, renewal, and DNS for domains, as well as automatic issuance and renewal of TLS certificates.
Delivery pipelines. We automate build image creation, manage private registries, and prepare production releases, with separate environments for development, testing, and production.
Storage and databases. We manage S3-compatible object storage and PostgreSQL and MySQL databases in containers, with encrypted connections and access policies per user.
Private file platforms. We implement document and collaboration solutions hosted on private infrastructure, for situations where data can't be transferred to an external provider.
For companies that rely daily on their applications and don't have a dedicated internal infrastructure team. For organizations that have outgrown basic hosting and need separate environments, tested backups, and intervention if incidents occur. It's also suitable for those who want both the application and hosting with the same provider, ensuring clear responsibility for the entire system.
If you have a simple presentation site and affordable hosting that works fine, migration might not be necessary. If you already have an infrastructure team, you might just need additional capacity, which we can discuss separately. If you require contractual guarantees of availability and compensation, we'll agree up front on the required level and check if we can support it.
Hosting is billed monthly. The cost depends on the resources your application needs, such as CPU, memory, storage, as well as your backup policy and level of support.
You tell us what you're running now and what your expectations are. We recommend a configuration and present the monthly cost and migration cost separately. Your data and configurations remain yours, and you can transfer them at any time.
Billing is done in RON, and amounts shown in EUR are converted at the BNR exchange rate on the day of billing. Prices do not include VAT.
Four steps, with a migration window agreed together.
Applications, databases, domains, emails, certificates, and who manages them today. We come up with a list and identified risks.
We build the new hosting and copy data before the move. You test the application there, on a temporary domain, while the old one remains live.
We sync the latest data and switch DNS during a window scheduled with you. Old hosting stays active as a safety net until we confirm everything works.
We start monitoring and backups, test the first restore, and start regular preventive maintenance.
