Web Applications

Applications Tailored to Your Business

We build websites, online stores, and custom applications—integrated with your systems and adapted to the way your team works.

What You Get

An application built around your business’s real-life processes, not limited by a template. We develop it using mature open-source technologies, can host it on our managed infrastructure, and provide post-launch maintenance.

The code and data remain yours. You’re not tied to a closed platform and can transfer the project to another team if your priorities change.

What We Build

Websites and Portals

We build presentation websites and content portals with intuitive admin that your team can update with no technical help. From the start, we design multilingual structure, SEO, and accessibility.

Online Stores

We build new online shops or take over existing ones, integrating them with payment, courier, and marketplace services. We automate catalog imports and sync, category and attribute mapping, pricing rules, and stock updates.

Internal Applications

We turn processes currently managed in Excel files and email into custom tools for your team: approval flows, tracking, reports, and work dashboards.

Integrations & Automations

We connect your application to the systems you already use: ERP, CRM, invoicing, couriers, and marketplaces. Syncs include execution logs and automated retries on errors.

What We Work With

PHP & Symfony, Node.js & TypeScript, React, Next.js & Nuxt, Drupal & WordPress, Saleor for commerce, MySQL & PostgreSQL, REST & GraphQL, Docker & Linux.

For online stores, we have worked with PrestaShop, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Magento, Shopify, and GoMag—including projects taken over from other providers.

We choose technology based on the project, not the other way around. If your needs are better served with an existing platform than with custom development, we'll recommend that option.

What We’ve Built

Online Stores & Integrations, since 2016

Development and management of online stores and integrations with payment, courier, and marketplace services: dedicated modules, catalog imports, category and attribute mapping, pricing rules, stock updates, maintenance, and incident resolution.

Product Sync Engine, since 2018

Reusable mechanisms for publishing and syncing products between shops, marketplaces, and other systems: importing/exporting data feeds, normalizing info, image processing, scheduled updates, error handling, and execution reports.

Omnichannel Platform for a Retail Network, in development since 2026

Architecture of a platform for a business evolving from a single store to a network with centralized online sales: shop integration with central admin, hosting, automations, and digital development planning.

Who This Is For

For companies that have outgrown template limits and need the application to fit their processes. For organizations already using ERP, CRM, or invoicing systems and want their site or shop to connect with them. We can also take over and further projects left without support.

Who This Isn’t For

If you need a simple, quickly built website on a minimal budget, a site builder may be a better fit. We can point you in the right direction. Likewise, we’re not the right choice if you just want to execute a specification without analysis or questions about your project goals.

How Much It Costs

The cost depends on the product, required integrations, and process complexity. An online shop linked to multiple systems and an internal app for a small team require different efforts.

After our first discussion, you’ll get a proposal broken into phases. Each phase lists deliverables, time estimates, and price. You can approve the project phase by phase, without committing to the entire development upfront.

Billing is in RON; amounts quoted in EUR are converted at the BNR rate on invoice day. Prices exclude VAT.

How We Work

Four steps, each with clear deliverables and responsibilities.

1. Discussion & Assessment

We look at what you have and how your team works. We’ll tell you what can be done, what isn’t worth doing, and what delaying might cost you.

2. Phased Proposal

The solution broken into phases, each with deliverables, estimated hours, deadlines, and what depends on us versus you.

3. Iterative Build with Visible Versions

We work iteratively on a test environment you can access. You view and comment on each phase as it’s ready, not just at the end.

4. Launch & Maintenance

We launch the app on our infrastructure and stay on for monitoring, security updates, and further development.
